چکیده
This work presents an ab initio study of the effect a small addition third element III and IV groups on elastic magnetoelastic properties Fe75Ga25 alloy. The dependencies tetragonal modulus C', constant –b1, magnetostrictive λ001 concentration Z-element in cubic crystal structures A2 D03 were obtained with help density functional theory magnetic torque method Fe75Ga25-xZx (Z = Al, Ge, Si) alloys (0≤x≤6 at.%). It is shown that Al Si atoms leads to increase compared binary A correlation was established dependence equilibrium lattice constants a0(x) λ001(x) studied ternary for structure.
